MERCER COUNTY, N.J.: Four new possible cases of coronavirus are under investigation in New Jersey, state officials reported Saturday afternoon. One of these cases is a patient in Mercer County.

The Mercer County resident is currently being held at Capital Health Medical Center in Hopewell. The other three possible cases include two in Bergen County and one in Camden County.

The patients have symptoms consistent with the Coronavirus cases, and some have been in contact with cases that are already confirmed with the virus. Results for all four patients are expected to be available on Sunday.

“If someone tests positive, it will be announced, and that will come from the Governor’s office,” stated a representative from the N.J. Department of Heath Novel Coronavirus Call Center.

State officials also said they anticipate more cases to come.
