TRENTON: Residents were startled in the 500 block of Artisan St after a suv struck two vehicles, the driver of the vehicle stated his steering wheel locked up and to avoid striking a car that was parking he struck a tree. The male declined Ems treatment and the vehicle was recently purchased from a city dealership the driver stated.
