Pedestrian In Critical Condition After Being Struck By Pickup truck

East Windsor Township, NJ (Mercer) Police officials’ are investigating after a pedestrian was struck by a pickup truck after attempting to cross the highway on Route 33 in front of the Petro USA gas station. East Windsor Emergency medical services Emt’s attempted to get the pedestrian airlifted to Capital Health trauma center in Trenton but the conditions of the pedestrian deteriorated and they could not be flown and had to go by ground to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick. one resident said “The road has no lights on it at all and this happens about 2 times a month” East Windsor Police have not returned a call for comment for further information.
