Large Police presence at Riverline station after reports of body in Creek

Trenton, NJ (Mercer) A large Police presence from New Jersey Transit Police, Trenton Police, Trenton fire department after a woman reported seeing a body wrapped in a sheet in the Assunpink Creek near the Trenton Riverline station Monday afternoon on South Clinton and Barlow Street. Firefighters from the Trenton marine unit checked the creek and determined it to be just a sheet that resembled a person. All emergency personal on the scene showed a sigh of relief that it was not a human body and cleared the scene shortly after.
