EWING, NJ (Mercer) Ewing Police and the Mercer County prosecutor’s office are investigating a shooting in Ewing township on Clover Ave and Douglas Monday evening. Ewing Emergency medical services and Capital Heath paramedics responded to a male shot in the chest. The male was transported to Capital health trauma center in critical condition. Ewing Police have not released any information due to an ongoing investigation
UPDATE: The Mercer County Homicide Task Force and the Ewing Police Department are investigating a shooting homicide that occurred in the township Monday afternoon.
At approximately 3:30 p.m. on Monday, November 22, 2021, Ewing police were dispatched to a residence in the 200 block of Douglas Avenue for a person shot. Upon arrival, officers located the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center and pronounced dead a short time later.
The victim has been identified as Mark Hudson, Jr., 21, of Ewing. No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
