Trenton, NJ (Mercer) Trenton firefighters responded to the two hundred block of Rusling Street just after 3:30 Am after getting numerous calls for a house fire battalion Chief Willever said. Will ever reported that when they arrived, the home was fully involved front to back, and there were no way of making entry into the home and started to fight the fire on the outside. Cars were on fire as well a utility pole was on fire along with the multiple row homes; firefighters located two males inside the home deceased. The residents that were displaced are being assisted by the American red cross.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Mercer County prosecutor’s office.
