TRENTON, N.J. (PBN) Thomas. Frank P. Crusen, 41, of Lawrence, is charged with first-degree death by auto and assault by auto. Crusen was arrested Monday, April 11, by members of the U.S. Marshals NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force. The collision occurred on March 17, 2022, at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Route 1 South in the area between North Olden Avenue and Perry Street.
