Philadelphia – PA, US, National Weather Service: The National weather service has issued a severe thunderstorm watch until 9 pm for Mercer County. As storms move closer to the area they can produce isolated tornadoes possibl with strong hail. As the evening goes on this can be upgraded to a Thunderstorm warning.
