Man Found Deceased Near PetSmart In West Windsor

WEST WINDSOR, N.J. (PBN) The West Windsor Police are investigating after a male was found deceased on the side of the PetSmart Building Friday morning on Nassau Park Blvd . It appeared that construction workers had found the body.
West Windsor police reported that foul play was not suspected, but the investigation is underway.

Police Investigating Two Shot Thursday afternoon

TRENTON, N.J. (PBN)  Trenton Police are investigating a shooting that left two people wounded Thursday afternoon.

The shooting happened in the 200 block of Tioga street just after 1:00 Pm. Trenton Emergency medical services and Capital health paramedics arrived and worked on the two males shot and transported to Capital health trauma center in unknown condition. No arrests have been made. Police did not immediately return Peterson’s Breaking news information request.

Shooting Leaves 2 Wounded,1 Dead

TRENTON, N.J. (PBN) The Trenton Police and the Mercer County Homicide task force are investigating a shooting that left three people wounded Sunday. The shooting happened just before 2:00 Pm on Randall Ave in the 100 block extending to the 800 block of Beatty Street. Trenton EMS and Ewing Ems transported the wounded to Capital Heath trauma center. The third victim was transported with CPR in progress. Officials have not released information on the shooting.

The Mercer County Homicide Task Force and the Trenton Police Department are

investigating a shooting that occurred Sunday afternoon in Trenton, Mercer County

Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri reported.

At approximately 1:30 p.m. on May 1, 2022, the Shot Spotter activation system reported multiple rounds in the 800 block of Beatty Street.  Moments later, several 911 calls were received reporting multiple people shot.

Police responded to the scene and located three adult male victims suffering gunshot wounds.  Two victims were located in the 100 block of Randall Avenue and one was located on Beatty Street.  The victim located on Beatty Street was transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead a short time later. The two additional victims are being treated.  Preliminary investigation indicates two of the three shooting victims, including the deceased, were targeted.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information

Firefighter Suffer Minor Injuries In Pennington Ave Blaze

TRENTON, N.J. (PBN) Trenton Firefighters are investigating a fire that ripped through two homes in the 500 block of Pennington Ave Friday night. Firefighters arrived to heavy fire showing from the second and third floor of the home and extending to the attached home. Firefighters reported no one was in the home, one firefighter suffered minor injuries, and they were transported to the hospital.

The Fire remains under investigation

Trenton Man wanted by Trenton Police for Impersonating an officer


TRENTON, N.J. (PBN) Trenton Police were looking for a wanted man accused of impersonating a Police officer in Trenton. According to the wanted poster John Heredia was wanted for operating a decommissioned police car with working lights and sirens, specifically using said vehicle to initiate motor vehicle stops on persons, including an off-duty Trenton Police officer. The vehicle is an unknown tag ford interceptor Taurus 4-door sedan silver in color with black wheels, black front push bar, and tinted windows.


Hamilton Police Investigating Lalor Street Shooting

Hamilton Township, N.J. (PBN)  Hamilton Police are investigating a shooting on Lalor Street between Jersey Street early Tuesday morning. One person was transported to the hospital in unknown condition. Police officers and detectives could be seen entering and exiting a home where a person was shot in front of the home. Hamilton Police has not returned a call for comment about the shooting.


TRENTON, N.J. (PBN) The national weather service in Philadelphia, PA, issued a flood watch is in effect from 6 PM this evening through late tonight for Mercer County. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

Heavy rainfall rates of 1/4 to 1/2 inch for several hours and rainfall totals of 1.5 to 2 inches are possible.

Pedestrian Struck, Car Crashes Into U-Haul Building Leaving Two Injured

TRENTON, N.J. (PBN) Trenton Fire and ems responded to a motor vehicle crash report involving a pedestrian. The crash happened just before 11:00 Pm Saturday. Trenton Police arrived and found a car crashed into the front of the U-Haul building on Brunswick Ave and a pedestrian that had been struck. Trenton Ems transported two to Capital health trauma center with critical injuries but non-life-threatening. The crash remains under investigation by Trenton Police.

Person in grave condition after shooting on Perry Street

TRENTON, N.J. (PBN) Police are investigating a shooting that left one person in grave condition on Perry Street near Montgomery Street early Saturday morning. The victim was reported to be in traumatic arrest while Trenton Ems was transported to the hospital with paramedics. The Mercer County Prosecutor’s Office is investigating the shooting.
