TRENTON: Trenton Fire & Ems responded to the boat ramp on Lamberton Road just after 4:00 Pm where a Hispanic male was reportedly downing in the Delaware River. Trenton fire removed the male from the river and Capital health paramedics pronounced the male deceased .
