Person shot in Face in Chambersburg

Trenton, NJ (Mercer) Trenton Police are investigating a shooting in the 200 block of Hamilton Ave between Hundsom Street just after 9:00 Pm Tuesday. The person was shot in the face, possibly a female. It is unknown at this time. They were transported to Capital health trauma center in in critical condition but has since been listed in stable condition.

Police investigating Division St stabbing

Trenton, NJ (Mercer) The Trenton Police department is investigating a stabbing on Sunday night.

The stabbing occurred on Division Street between Kent Street. The person was reportedly stabbed multiple times. Trenton Emergency medical services and Capital health paramedics transported them to Capital Health trauma center, where the condition remains unknown at this time. Trenton Police detectives had a large area taped off with crime scene.

Man seriously injured in hit & run accident in North Trenton

Trenton, NJ (Mercer) Trenton Police are investigating after a man was struck by a vehicle in the 600 block of Martin Luther King Blvd Monday evening.
Trenton firefighters and Trenton Emergency medical services, Capital Health paramedics responded to the scene. They reported that the male was unconscious, called for a trauma alert, and was transported to Capital Health trauma center. The driver did not remain at the scene. Martin Luther King Blvd is closed from East Ingram Ave to Trent Ave.

A neighbor reported that the male struck is approximately a 45-year-old man struck by a light-colored car driven by a female who left the scene.

21 year old killed in Ewing Township shooting

EWING, NJ (Mercer) Ewing Police and the Mercer County prosecutor’s office are investigating a shooting in Ewing township on Clover Ave and Douglas Monday evening. Ewing Emergency medical services and Capital Heath paramedics responded to a male shot in the chest. The male was transported to Capital health trauma center in critical condition. Ewing Police have not released any information due to an ongoing investigation

UPDATE: The Mercer County Homicide Task Force and the Ewing Police Department are investigating a shooting homicide that occurred in the township Monday afternoon.

At approximately 3:30 p.m. on Monday, November 22, 2021, Ewing police were dispatched to a residence in the 200 block of Douglas Avenue for a person shot. Upon arrival, officers located the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center and pronounced dead a short time later.

Multiple arrested, Police officer injured after going after ATV riders

Trenton, NJ ( Mercer) A Trenton Police detective was injured after being reportedly struck by a glass bottle after he & his partner rolled up to the Cure arena parking lot on Hamilton Ave and South Broad Street. City residents stated, “It was peace in the valley until they came through trying to insight a riot. Knocking people off of their bikes and tackling disabled people to the ground.” Another resident also stated, “We were hanging out having a good time; the cops came to break it up, which is fine, but then they saw the ATVs and knocked one guy off of it; after that, it became a melee of chaos.” Trenton Police arrested several people Sunday night. One video captured officers struggling to arrest a man on the ground. A ATV rider also stated “Literally no one done anything wrong beside being out on illegal bikes . They tackled one of the riders n locked him up and released him with 20 tickets . They didn’t even get his bike You can’t lock someone up or place them under arrest for that . U can confiscate n give tickets which is the proper way to do it . If they hadn’t tackled him they would have had his bike and been able to give him tickets but they were too busy wrestling lol . While they were doing that someone rode off with the bike .”

The injured officer bleeding from his head, was treated at a local hospital and released. Trenton Police has not responded to comment about the incident.


Trenton, NJ (Mercer) Trenton Police and the Mercer County Homicide Task force are investigating a homicide after a man was shot multiple times and killed in an alley on Cunningham Alley and Penfield Alley in East Trenton. Trenton Emergency Medical Services and Capital Health paramedics responded to the scene and pronounced the male deceased on scene. Police have not made any arrest in the shooting, one person was transported to Police headquarters for questioning.

Stabbed Man crashes En Route to Hospital

Trenton, NJ (Mercer) Trenton Police are investigating after a man was stabbed and crashed his vehicle while en route to the hospital early Tuesday morning. The crash happened on North Olden Ave and Taylor Street near the park, the man was stabbed in the area of his neck. Trenton Ems and Capital Health Paramedics transported the man to Capital Health Regional Medical Center.

Man Stabbed at the Rescue Mission in Trenton

Trenton, NJ (Mercer) As a shouting match happened outside the Rescue Mission of Trenton on Carroll Street Trenton EMS was treating a male for a stab wound. it is unknown where the male was stabbed however Trenton Police officers were tracking blood drops outside the door to the Mission. The male is is expected to make a full recovery from his injuries. Trenton ems transported the man to Capital Health Medical center. Trenton Police continue to investigate the motive for the stabbing and have not made any arrest.

Four Men Charged in May 2018 Homicide of Kuyler Fowler

Trenton, NJ (Mercer) Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri announced today that an investigation conducted by the Mercer County Homicide Task Force has resulted in charges being filed against four men in the May 30, 2018 homicide of KuylerFowler.

All four men are charged with murder, attempted murder, aggravated assault and weapons offenses. Breon Phelps, 21, of Trenton is currently detained in the Mercer County Correction Center on unrelated charges. Isaac Fisher, 21, of Trenton, and Justin Malkin, 21, of Hamilton, are incarcerated at the Garden State Youth Correctional Facility on unrelated charges. The fourth suspect, a 19-year-old Willingboro man, is currently being held at the Hudson County Correction Center on unrelated charges. His name is not being released at this time because he was a juvenile at the time of the murder. The prosecutor’s office will file a motion seeking to have him tried as an adult.

On May 30, 2018, Trenton police responded to the 900 block of East State Street just after 12:30 a.m. after the Shot Spotter gunshot detection system activated for multiple gunshots. Upon arrival, police located an Audi parked on the street with more than 20 bullet strikes. Nineteen-year-old Kuyler Fowler was inside of the vehicle with a gunshot wound to the head. He was transported to the hospital where he died a short time later. A second shooting victim was located at the hospital. The 16-year-old black male, who was struck in the leg, was treated and released. Despite having been charged, every defendant is presumed innocent until found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.


EWING, NJ (MERCER) : On March 25, 2021 at 6:10PM. Ewing Police Detective Tyler Bender was working an extra-duty assignment at 1750 Olden Ave and was alerted to a stabbing that occurred on the property. Detective Bender immediately assisted the victim with medical attention until Emergency Medical Services arrived. Detective Bender was advised by witnesses that the suspect’s vehicle was leaving the lot and he broadcasted the vehicle description to responding units. Ewing patrol officers were able to locate the vehicle on Ewingville Road where they conducted a motor vehicle stop on the vehicle and ultimately determined the driver was the suspect involved. Juan C. Rosa, 31 of Ewing NJ, was placed under arrest and transported to the Ewing Police Department for processing.
