The Neighborhood Improvement Association is Back On the Scene!
Today, NIA of New Jersey came out in full force for their Illegal Dumping & Litter Clean Up Day in Trenton.
So many wonderful volunteers joined in the effort: the College of NJ, Councilman Joseph Harrison, Starbucks Trenton Community Store, the Department of Public Works, TPD Detective Sergeant Charles Lamin, members from the Trenton Council of Civic Associations and many concerned citizens.
One group visited Maple Ave to conduct the litter clean up and the other went to East Stuyvesant Street and the 200-300 Block of Rutherford Ave. It was a great day of community beautification and unity.
