Statement From Acting Police Director Steve Wilson on the Passing of Candice Ruff
Candice Ruff, 19, shot on Bellevue Avenue on September 25 in the city’s West Ward, succumbed to her injuries on Monday at Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton.
The Mercer County Homicide Task Force is investigating this terrible incident. Trenton PD has increased patrols throughout our city.
