Trenton Police Department investigating a shooting incident that took place on Sunday evening at the intersection of Monmouth Street and Walnut Ave. Reports indicate that a person may have been struck in the head by gunfire during the incident. As of now, the Trenton police have not provided any official comments regarding the case.
According to sources, the victim was transported to Capital Health Medical Center. However, the extent of their injuries and current condition remain undisclosed.
UPDATE: Trenton Police Detective Lieutenant Lisette Rios reported that upon arrival at the scene, officers discovered a male victim with multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was immediately transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center, where he is currently in critical condition and undergoing surgery.
